These terms cover use of lastgary.co.uk. A confirmed performance is governed by the separate booking terms agreed for that event.

Using the website
You may browse the website and use its contact information for genuine personal, venue, media or event-planning purposes. You must not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, submit malicious material or use automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable load.
Booking enquiries
Submitting a form, sending an email or discussing a date does not by itself confirm a booking. A performance is confirmed only after Gary and the organiser have agreed the essential details and any required booking terms, payment or deposit. Availability can change until confirmation.
Website information
Reasonable care is taken to keep dates, service descriptions and contact details accurate. Event information can change, and visitors should confirm critical travel, access, ticket and timing information with the organiser or venue before attending.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Last Gary on Earth name, logo, written content, original artwork, music and site design may not be copied, republished, sold or adapted without permission. Venues and promoters may use the specifically approved EPK assets to promote an agreed or authorised Gary Davies appearance, subject to the usage notes included in the pack.
Third-party content and links
The website links to services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and venue websites. Those services are operated independently and their availability, accessibility, security and content are outside Gary’s control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is supplied for general information and booking contact, and no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Do not rely solely on the website for urgent event changes.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in England and Wales will deal with disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
