Who controls your information
Gary Davies, trading and promoting performances as Last Gary on Earth, is the controller for personal information submitted through this website. Contact: gary@lastgary.co.uk or telephone 07939 606 325.
Information we collect
When you use the booking form or contact Gary directly, information may include your name, email address, telephone number, event type, date, venue or area, audience size, preferred set length and anything you include in your message. The server may also process your IP address, timestamp, browser request and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

The checkbox on the contact form confirms that you have read the privacy information. It is not used to force consent where another lawful basis applies to handling your enquiry.
Who receives the information
Information is used by Gary and may be processed by providers needed to host the website, deliver email, maintain the service or provide professional accounting, legal or technical support. Information is not sold. It will be disclosed to authorities only where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, the relevant provider is expected to use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard. YouTube is not contacted by this website until you choose to play an embedded video.
How long information is kept
- Unsuccessful or incomplete booking enquiries are normally deleted within 24 months unless continued retention is reasonably needed.
- Information needed for a confirmed booking is kept for the booking and subsequent administration.
- Financial and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Routine security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer investigation.
These periods may be shortened where the information is no longer needed or extended where a dispute, legal requirement or active relationship justifies it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact Gary first where possible so the issue can be investigated promptly.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, server-side validation, CSRF protection, a hidden anti-spam field and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through the booking form.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, venues and other third parties lead to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not control their processing.
